How it works

  1. 01

Choose a file for Equalizer. It accepts MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV, M4V, AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG, MPG, 3GP, TS, MTS, M2TS. Most files stay in this tab.

  2. 02

Set the options on the workbench — preview, crop or timeline when this tool has one — then press Run.

  3. 03

Download the result. It is also saved in your tray so the next tool can pick it up without another upload.

About this tool

Start from a preset — Bass Boost, Treble Boost, Vocal, Loudness — or choose Custom and set the five sliders; each drives a pair of precise filter bands (31–62 Hz, 125–250, 500–1k, 2–4 kHz, 8–16 kHz) for ten bands in total. Positive values lift, negative values cut, in decibels. Big boosts can clip loud material — pair it with Change Volume if needed.

Questions

What can I open in Equalizer?
Equalizer accepts MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV, M4V, AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG, MPG, 3GP, TS, MTS, M2TS. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
Does Equalizer upload my file?
Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
How large can the file be?
Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
