Word to PDF
Turn a Word document into a PDF. The text is reconstructed as flowing pages; images and headers are skipped.
Processed in your browser · nothing uploaded
How it works
- 01
Choose a file for Word to PDF. It accepts DOCX. Most files stay in this tab.
- 02
Set the options on the workbench — preview, crop or timeline when this tool has one — then press Run.
- 03
Download the result. It is also saved in your tray so the next tool can pick it up without another upload.
About this tool
Add a .docx file and export. Paragraphs are read from the document and laid out on A4 or Letter pages in your browser — nothing is uploaded. This is the right tool for letters, essays and notes. Complex layouts, headers, footnotes and embedded pictures are not reconstructed; for those, export PDF from Word itself.
Questions
- What can I open in Word to PDF?
- Word to PDF accepts DOCX. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
- Does Word to PDF upload my file?
- Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
- How large can the file be?
- Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
