About this tool

A .pptx file is a ZIP of XML. This tool reads slide size, pictures and text boxes and draws them onto PDF pages. Charts, SmartArt, animations and some fonts are skipped. It is a real layout pass, not a dump of every word onto one page.

Questions

What can I open in PPT to PDF?
PPT to PDF accepts PPTX. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
Does PPT to PDF upload my file?
Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
How large can the file be?
Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
