About this tool
A .pptx file is a ZIP of XML. This tool reads slide size, pictures and text boxes and draws them onto PDF pages. Charts, SmartArt, animations and some fonts are skipped. It is a real layout pass, not a dump of every word onto one page.

- What can I open in PPT to PDF?
- PPT to PDF accepts PPTX. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
- Does PPT to PDF upload my file?
- Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
- How large can the file be?
- Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
