How it works

About this tool

The sliders are percentages of the original, so the same settings work on a phone snap or a wide desktop shot. The crop is redrawn on a canvas, which also strips EXIF and GPS. Process several files at once if they share a composition.

Questions

What can I open in Crop Image?
Crop Image accepts HEIC, HEIF, TIF, TIFF. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
Does Crop Image upload my file?
Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
How large can the file be?
Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
