About this tool

The archive is read on your device and every file is listed with its original path. ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR and .tar.gz all work. Download the ones you need, or everything at once. Password-protected archives are not opened.

Questions

What can I open in Unzip?
Unzip accepts ZIP, RAR, 7Z, TAR, TAR.GZ, TGZ. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
Does Unzip upload my file?
Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
How large can the file be?
Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
