- 03
Download the result. It is also saved in your tray so the next tool can pick it up without another upload.
About this tool
Add an .xlsx or .csv. The first sheet is read and drawn as a grid — wide sheets go landscape. Charts, formatting and extra sheets are not included. For a quick printable table from data you already have, this is enough.
Questions
- What can I open in Excel to PDF?
- Excel to PDF accepts XLSX, CSV. Older video containers such as AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG and 3GP are decoded by the server encoder.
- Does Excel to PDF upload my file?
- Browser-native formats stay in this tab. Formats the browser cannot write (AVI, WMV, HEVC, AMR and similar) go to our encoder and are deleted after the download.
- How large can the file be?
- Free: 500 MB and 8 exports a day. Plus (waitlist) raises the daily cap. A pasted public file URL is also accepted.
